We have trained over 20,000 individuals, including people who use services and their carers, and staff who work within and manage agencies that support adults with complex needs.  We work across health, social care, criminal justice, housing, the voluntary or independent and residential care sectors.

We work very closely with our commissioners to create training that meets their specific needs.  For further information and a current list of the courses we offer, please see Current Training.

All of our courses are evaluated, as quality is key to our services. We regularly exceed our internal goal of 90% of participants rating our training as “Excellent” or “Very Good”. For details, please see our most recent Evaluation Reports.

100% of commissioners who have provided feedback rated our training as “Excellent” or “Very Good”.  Our work as practicing social workers informs our teaching, and vice-versa; and we endeavour to ensure that participants’ learning extends beyond the duration of our sessions.
